You tell us what you need. We get on a call — typically 20 to 30 minutes — to understand the role requirements, reporting structure, must-have qualifications, compensation range, and your ideal timeline. The better the brief, the faster and more accurate our search.
There is no contract to sign upfront. No retainer to pay. No commitment beyond agreeing to work with us exclusively or non-exclusively on the search.
We Source, Screen and Shortlist
Within 48 to 72 hours of the briefing call, we deliver a shortlist of pre-screened candidates matched to your requirements.
Every candidate we present has been:
- Sourced through active headhunting — not just job board applications
- Screened against your specific role requirements
- Verified for experience, qualifications, and compensation expectations
- Assessed for genuine motivation to make a career move
- Confirmed availability within your required timeframe
You do not receive a stack of CVs. You receive a focused shortlist of people who are genuinely qualified and genuinely interested.
You Interview, Select and Hire
You take it from there. We coordinate interviews, manage candidate communication, support the offer process, and help navigate counteroffers or competing offers if they arise.
When your chosen candidate accepts and starts, we invoice. Our fee is a percentage of the placed candidate's first-year base salary — agreed with you before the search begins.
If we do not place a candidate, you pay nothing. Zero.
