Every candidate goes through a structured screening process before appearing on your shortlist.

You receive a focused shortlist — typically three to five candidates — within 48 to 72 business hours of the briefing call.

We handle interview scheduling and coordination from start to finish.

When you identify your preferred candidate, we manage the offer process from start to finish

This includes:

• Sense-checking the offer against market rates and candidate expectations before it is formally presented
• Presenting the offer to the candidate and assessing their initial response
• Managing negotiations professionally while representing both parties fairly
• Handling counteroffers from the candidate's current employer when applicable
• Confirming written acceptance and the agreed start date

We stay fully engaged through this stage because offers fall through most often at the counteroffer or negotiation point — and an experienced recruiter in the middle prevents most of those failures.

When your candidate starts in the role, we confirm placement and issue our invoice. Our fee — the agreed percentage of first-year base salary — is due within the payment terms set out in our agreement.

This is the only point at which any money changes hands. Everything before this — the briefing, the sourcing, the screening, the shortlisting, the interview coordination, the offer management — is delivered at no cost to you.

Our relationship does not end when the invoice is paid.

We maintain contact with both you and the placed candidate during the first 60 to 90 days — the guarantee period. If the placement does not work out within this period for any reason, we conduct a full replacement search at no additional charge.

We also follow up at the 30-day and 90-day marks to make sure the placement is bedding in well — and to understand if any further hiring needs are emerging.

One of our industry-specialist recruiters reviews your resume and background against our current active roles and client base. If your profile is a strong match for an active opportunity, we prioritise reaching out immediately. If we do not have an active match right now, we keep your profile on file and contact you as soon as a relevant role comes in.

Timeline: Day 1–2

• Compensation expectations — current package and target

This call is not a formal interview. It is a genuine conversation to understand how we can best represent you and where you want to go next.

Based on your profile and the introductory call, we match you to relevant active roles within our client base. We only approach you about roles that genuinely fit your experience, your goals, and your compensation expectations.

Before we submit your resume to any employer, we brief you fully on:

• The company — what they do, their size, their culture, their reputation
• The role — full responsibilities, reporting structure, team
• The opportunity — why this could be a strong career move for you
• The compensation — base salary, bonus, benefits, any allowances

You decide whether you want to proceed. We never submit your resume without your explicit consent.

When a client wants to interview you, we prepare you thoroughly.

Our interview preparation includes:

• A detailed brief on the company, the hiring manager, and the interview format
• Insight into what the client is specifically looking for and what matters most to them
• Guidance on how to present your experience most effectively for this specific role
• A run-through of likely questions and how to approach them
• Practical logistics — location, format, dress code, who you will meet

You go into every interview prepared and confident — not cold.

After every interview, we collect feedback from the client promptly and share it with you honestly — positive or constructive. You always know where you stand.

If the client wants to move forward, we let you know immediately and keep the momentum going. If the feedback is not positive, we tell you why — and use it to sharpen the search for the right opportunity.

When an offer comes in, we walk you through it — base salary, bonus, benefits, start date, and any other terms. We give you our honest view of whether it reflects your market value and help you think through how to respond.

If you want to negotiate, we manage that conversation with the employer professionally on your behalf — so you get the best possible outcome without damaging the relationship you are about to start.

We also help you navigate any counteroffer from your current employer if one arises — a situation that derails many candidates who are not prepared for it.

Once you accept, we support you through the resignation process — including how to handle the conversation with your current employer cleanly and professionally.

We stay in contact through your notice period and confirm your start date with the client. You are never left in a gap between accepting an offer and starting a new role without your recruiter available to answer questions.

We check in at the 30-day and 90-day marks to make sure everything is going well in your new role. If anything is not right, we want to know — and we will do whatever we can to help.
