Absolutely. Many of the professionals we work with are currently employed and exploring options confidentially. We handle every search with discretion. Your current employer will never be contacted without your knowledge and consent.
It depends on the role and the client. Some placements happen within two to three weeks of us making an introduction. Others take longer if the client has a longer interview process or internal approvals to work through. We keep you informed at every stage so you are never left wondering where things stand.
Many of our roles are open to candidates across the United States. Some positions require relocation — in which case we will always discuss this with you upfront before any introduction is made. We will never put you forward for a role that requires relocation without first confirming you are open to it.
We review every resume submitted. If we don't have an active role that matches your profile right now, we will let you know — and we will keep your details on file for future opportunities. The right match may be closer than you think.
